Minimum/Maximum numbers
All tours are sold on a per seat basis. All flights are confirmed with a minimum of 2 passengers unless otherwise stated. Single passengers are welcome; however the flight is not confirmed until a second passenger is travelling. Maximum numbers vary per tour. Please enquire as we are flexible.

If you are planning to walk to, from or around Mitchell Falls the following description of the trail applies:
Extract from Australian Standard AS 2156.1-2001 – Walk Trails, Class 6. General description: Opportunity for highly experience walkers to explore remote and challenging natural areas without reliance on managed tracks. Key track characteristics: No modification of the natural environment. May include steep sections of unmodified surfaces. Facilities generally not provided. Users required previous experience in the outdoors and a high level of specialized skills, such as navigation skills. Users need to be self-reliant, particularly in regard to emergency first aid and possible weather hazards.

Disabled passengers
Please advise the level of assistance required and whether the passengers are in a wheelchair so that we can accommodate their needs with ease. Please note that wheelchairs can be carried on the aircraft, providing they are collapsible. Staff are not permitted to lift any passengers.
Please note that our ground vehicles are not equipped with a lifting device and we suggest the use of specialist taxi’s (at own cost) with lifting devices in the event the passenger has very limited or nil mobility.
Child Age / Infant Policy
Infants are classified as 0-2 years, and may travel free of charge, on their parent’s lap. Please note that only one infant may travel unrestrained per aircraft. Children classified as 3 – 12 years of age inclusive, must be accompanied by an adult on the flight.

Child rates are only applicable on some tours.

All Government and Environmental taxes are included in the attached rates.
Fuel Surcharge
In the event of significant upward shifts in the cost of aviation fuel, Slingair Heliwork WA reserves the right to introduce a fuel surcharge. This shall be advised in writing no less than 2 months prior to its commencement, and will be additionally advised at the time of booking confirmation. At the date of this advice the Fuel Surcharge amount will be advised and this amount will be subject to further changes at the discretion of Slingair Heliwork WA. The fuel Surcharge is payable directly to Slingair Heliwork WA by the client prior to travel and is non-commissionable.
FOC Policy (as a guide and at the discretion of the company)
Helicopter flights: Tour Escorts and Guides can fly FOC if a spare seat is available and maximum threshold of aircraft is not exceeded. Aeroplane flights: 1 guide FOC per 12 paying pax. Additional lunch/beverage costs may apply.
Commentary
All scenic flights include personalized commentary by the pilot. All tours and safety briefings are conducted in English.
Luggage Restrictions
Luggage is normally restricted to cabin sized, soft luggage only and a maximum weight limit of 10 kilograms per person. Suitcases and additional luggage may be carried on the same flight subject to loading availability and at the discretion of the Pilot/company. If the luggage does not travel on the same flight, luggage may be transported at an additional cost to the client.
Passengers must be at the aircraft embarkation point 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

Please note: If your flight is in the WET season, usually between November and February, you may experience delays or cancellation due to bad weather. Any accommodation or meal charges incurred if an overnight stay en route is required will be at your own cost. The final decision to fly is to be made by the pilot in command, with safety always our highest priority. Please advise your passengers of this before flight.
